1.Return Policy
Returns or exchange will be accept within 10 days from the day parcel arrive customer's place. A restocking fee will be applied. Return shipping, payment for the return shipping are responsibility of the purchaser.
 
2.Shipping policy
Shipping fee to Malaysia:
Shipping fee will be in discussion. Charges for item more than value RM 1,000.00 will be F.O.C.
Shipping fee to other countries out side of Malaysia and Singapore:
Additional shipping costs are required for shipments outside Singapore and Malaysia. A second notification email for the additional shipping fee required will send to you once you submit order.
 
3.How long does it take from order to delivery?
The item will be arrived in 0-15 business days after your payment made. The delivery time may very depending on the country.
 
4.Availability of stocks
If payment was made and good are out of stocks, customer will be informed via email. Within 2 days from the notification, Customers may either request for
- Full refund via bank transfer or Paypal
or
- Selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
Also, any updates to the availability status of the products will be posted in our website.
 
5.What if I receive faulty item?
We are sorry if the item is faulty.
For apologize, we accept return and refund within 10 days from the day parcel arrive customer's place. Exchange is also available.
